Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Service Agreement
By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy. Each service offered by SocialGo is customized to the unique needs of our clients, and the terms of service, including fees, timelines, and deliverables, are agreed upon in advance.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, including digital marketing, website design, and SEO, all payments made to SocialGo are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Setup Fees: Any setup fees paid for the commencement of a project are non-refundable.
- Monthly Retainer Fees: Retainer fees for services such as SEO, social media management, or ongoing digital marketing services are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.
- Project-Based Fees: Fees paid for one-time or project-based services (e.g., website design, content creation) are non-refundable after work has begun.
However, we are committed to addressing any dissatisfaction and will work with clients to resolve issues as per the terms of our service agreement.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their services under the following conditions:
- Ongoing Services: For services provided on a monthly retainer (e.g., SEO, social media management), clients may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Any services rendered during this notice period will be billed as per the agreement.
- One-Time or Project-Based Services: For one-time or project-based services, cancellations must be requested in writing prior to the commencement of work. Once work has begun, cancellations will not result in a refund.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation of services, please follow these steps:
- Provide written notice via email to contact@socialgo.in or contact your account manager directly.
- Include your name, company name, the specific service(s) you wish to cancel, and the reason for cancellation.
- We will confirm the cancellation request within 48 business hours and provide details of any applicable outstanding fees or obligations.
5. Amendments and Adjustments
If you wish to amend the scope of services, SocialGo will evaluate the request and provide a revised service agreement with updated fees and timelines, if applicable. Changes in scope may result in additional charges.
6. Refund Exceptions
While our general policy is that all payments are non-refundable, exceptions may be made in cases where:
- SocialGo is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to our internal circumstances.
- The client has not yet received any deliverables, and the request for cancellation is made within 7 days of the payment for a one-time service.
In such rare instances, refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Force Majeure
SocialGo is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or service failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure). No refunds will be issued for such delays.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns regarding the quality of services provided, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any disputes in a timely and professional manner. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with creative work or marketing results, as digital marketing outcomes can vary and are dependent on multiple factors outside our control.
