• SocialGo reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
• We guarantee to provide the services agreed upon with reasonable skill and care.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing all necessary content, access, and information required for us to perform the services.
• Ensuring that any content provided does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate applicable laws.
• Reviewing and approving any content, campaigns, or strategies in a timely manner.

5. Payment Terms

• The client agrees to pay SocialGo as outlined in the specific service agreement.
• All payments are due in advance unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
• Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
• SocialGo reserves the right to charge interest on late payments as per applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

• Any materials, content, or digital assets created by SocialGo during the course of services remain the intellectual property of SocialGo until all agreed-upon payments are made.
• Upon full payment, ownership rights to custom digital assets (such as website designs, logos, etc.) may be transferred to the client, subject to the terms of the specific agreement.

7. Confidentiality

• SocialGo agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client-provided materials, content, or data.
• We will not share, sell, or disclose client information to third parties unless required by law or authorized by the client.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Notice period and conditions for termination will be outlined in the service agreement.
• Upon termination, SocialGo will cease providing services, and any outstanding payments must be settled immediately.
• SocialGo reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches any of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

• SocialGo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
• Our liability for any claim related to services provided will not exceed the amount paid by the client for those services during the previous 12-month period.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

• SocialGo does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from its services. All campaigns are subject to external factors beyond our control, such as search engine algorithms or market conditions.
• We make no warranty that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• The client acknowledges that digital marketing is subject to change and that results may vary based on a variety of factors.

11. Indemnification

• The client agrees to indemnify and hold SocialGo, its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our services, the client’s breach of these terms, or any violation of third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

13. Amendments

SocialGo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
